QSmoking areas

NAMBA Parks: There are two smoking areas, one on Floor 3 and one on Floor 6. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of PARKS GARDEN.

NAMBA CITY: There are two smoking areas on Floor 1 of the South Building.

QDo you have a baby room?

NAMBA Parks: There are two baby rooms on Floor 5.

NAMBA CITY: There are two baby rooms, one beside Peach John on Floor 1 of the Main Building and one behind Refresh Hands on Floor B1 of the South Building.

QWhat facilities are available in the baby rooms?

NAMBA Parks
Water heater, microwave, and baby chairs.

NAMBA CITY
• Main Building Floor 1 (next to Peach John):
Nursing room (two booths), diaper changing area (three units), one microwave, one water heater, and an eating area.
Notes: Both men and women may use the baby rooms.
However, only women can enter the nursing rooms. Security personnel may enter the rooms during patrols.

QDo you have Wi-Fi?

Osaka Free Wi-Fi is available at NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, and NAMBA SkyO.

QDo you offer wheelchair rental?

NAMBA Parks: Wheelchair rental is available free of charge at the information counter on Floor 2. Rental wheelchairs can be used within NAMBA Parks during opening hours on the same day only. You cannot take rental wheelchairs outside of NAMBA Parks.

QDo you offer baby stroller rental?

NAMBA Parks: In front of the information desk on Floor 2.

NAMBA CITY: Beside the information desk on Floor B2 of the Main Building.

The Babycal stroller rental service is available at the two locations above. Visit the website below to register and make a reservation before renting a stroller.

Weight limit: 18 kg

Fee: ¥250 for the first hour, then ¥100 every 30 minutes after, up to a maximum charge of ¥1,500 for 12 hours

QDo you have any stores with repair services?

NAMBA Parks: FORMi Genuine on Floor 4 offers clothing and bag repair, and RESH. on Floor 4 offers shoe repair. Note: These stores may not be able to repair all products.

NAMBA CITY: Clothes Doctor Reform Repair Cinq 5 on Floor B2 of the Main Building offers clothing repair, and Mr. Quickman on Floor 1 of the Main Building offers shoe repair.

Note: These stores may not be able to repair all products.

QCan I return or exchange products after purchase?

Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of each store. Please inquire directly with each store for details.

Lost and found

QWhere do I go if I lose something inside the shopping centers?

NAMBA Parks: The information desk manages all lost and found inquiries. Please come to the information desk in person or call 06-6644-7100 for inquiries. Opening hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

NAMBA CITY and NAMBA SkyO: The NAMBA CITY information desk manages all lost and found inquiries.

Yes, you can register as a member for free.

Only tourists visiting Japan from overseas can register.

QWhat information do I need to enter during registration?

Registration is a simple process—you only need to enter your nationality, year of birth, gender, and email address.

Coupons can only be used by tourists visiting Japan from overseas who have registered as members.

QWhat are minapita points?

You earn minapita points by using the NANKAI NAMBA TOURIST service (a website incorporating reward point features) at eligible stores in shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN). You can use your minapita points at eligible stores in shopping centers in Namba.

QHow do I earn points?

You earn points by shopping at eligible stores in shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN). Additionally, you may qualify for one of the point program’s multiple premium membership classes and save even more based on your annual spending at shopping centers that support the premium membership system (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN).

QWhen can I start using my minapita points? How can I use them?

You earn points instantly when you shop at eligible stores in shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN). You can use these points at any time, starting from your next purchase on the same day.

One point is equivalent to ¥1.

QCan I use minapita points for railway fares or when purchasing products at other shopping centers?

You cannot use minapita points at any location other than our shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN).

Coupons

QHow does the coupon service work?

Customers visiting Japan from abroad as tourists can get shopping coupons online that offer great discounts at shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN). All registered members can use these coupons.

QWhere can I use the coupons?

You can use the coupons at eligible stores in shopping centers in Namba (NAMBA Parks, NAMBA CITY, NAMBA SkyO, and NAMBA EKIKAN). Note that not all stores are eligible.

QHow do I use the coupons?

You can use one coupon for a single transaction at one store for a purchase that meets or exceeds the minimum price marked on the coupon, or for the service marked on the coupon. You cannot combine coupons or use the same coupon multiple times for multiple items over several transactions.

To use a coupon, show your device displaying the coupon to a staff member at checkout.

QCan I use the same coupon more than once?

You can only use each type of coupon once. We plan to distribute new coupons to customers once a year.

QCan I exchange a coupon for cash (Japanese yen)?

You cannot exchange coupons for cash.

QCan I return a product if I used a coupon to purchase it? What happens to the coupon if I return the product?

You cannot exchange or return products purchased with coupons. The status of the used coupon cannot be reverted.

QWhat do I do if I cannot show the coupon on my screen because of connectivity issues or low battery?

You cannot use a coupon you have obtained if you are unable to display it on your own device.

QCan I combine coupons from this service with other coupons?

No, you cannot.

QCan I use a coupon after I have finished paying?

No, you cannot. Please show the coupon before paying.

QCan I sell my coupons?

You cannot transfer coupons for money.
